How to Install graphviz software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

graphviz software package provides rich set of graph drawing tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install graphviz

graphviz is installed in your system.

Make ensure the graphviz package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep graphviz *

You will get with graphviz package name, version, architecture and description in a table
